Opportunity for growth within the automotive sector. **MG TIJUANA is looking for you!** **Join our team and grow within the automotive sector.** **Don’t miss this opportunity!** * **Objective:** Protect assets, employees, and visitors, maintaining order and safety in the facilities. **Requirements**: * **Education:** Completed secondary school or high school diploma. * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in security positions (preferred). * **Skills:** Assertive communication, attention to detail, stress management, and conflict resolution. * **Attitude:** Responsibility, discipline, integrity, and service-oriented mindset. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Access Control:** Verify the identity of individuals and vehicles entering or exiting. * **Patrol and Surveillance:** Conduct perimeter rounds and monitor designated areas to detect risks or suspicious activities. * **Emergency Response:** Act and coordinate protocols during risk situations (fires, intruders, medical emergencies). * **Report Preparation:** Maintain daily logs of incidents and updates in the official logbook. **Working Conditions:** * Availability to work rotating shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays. **Technical Skills:** * Operation of radio communication equipment. * Basic knowledge of first aid and fire suppression systems (preferred). **We Offer:** * Weekly gross salary * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Uniform * Overtime pay
