Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure compliance of the QMS with ISO 9001, document processes, and manage internal and external audits, with interest in learning and long-term employment. Opportunity for learning and long-term employment in the quality area Saehan Electronics de Mexico Hiring: Quality Engineer **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial Engineer, Quality Engineer, or related degree (degree holder) * Advanced English (spoken and written) 80% * 1 year of experience as a quality engineer **Knowledge:** * ISO 9001 standard (current version) * Compliance with standards and procedures * Teamwork * Work organization * Process development Responsibilities: * Collaborate with department heads to document their respective processes. * Ensure the QMS complies with ISO 9001 requirements. * Manage documented information of the Quality Management System. * Train staff on QMS documentation. * Control internal and external audits of the QMS. * Control corrective actions and actions arising from risk analysis. * Initiate, analyze, and follow up on preventive and corrective actions until closure. * Handle and follow up on customer complaints. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Follow up on audits. **Candidate with interest in learning in the quality field and committing long-term** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $16,000.00 \- $19,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Employee referral program * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: * Quality Engineer: 2 years (Mandatory) Language: * English (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
