Job Summary: Night-shift nurse responsible for nursing services, first aid, pre-employment medical examinations, statistical monitoring, health campaigns, and safety and hygiene follow-up. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provides nursing and first aid services to staff. 2. Participates in health campaigns and awareness initiatives on safety and hygiene. 3. Investigates occupational hazards and coordinates the Safety and Hygiene Committee. Job Duties and Details * **NIGHT SHIFT** * Provide nursing services required by the company. * Conduct pre-employment medical examinations; provide nursing and first aid services to all staff. Maintain records of individuals receiving medical care and prepare accident reports. * Collect and monitor statistics on incidents related to services provided by the Medical Services Department, particularly in safety and hygiene matters. * Organize and implement health and preventive campaigns, such as family planning, vaccination, nutrition, etc. * Support awareness-raising and training activities related to occupational safety, hygiene, health at work, and family guidance. * Investigate cases suspected to be or potentially classified as occupational hazards, ensuring proper completion of ST\-1 (IMSS report) and CM\-24 (report for the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare). * Assist in coordinating and following up with the Safety and Hygiene Committee. **Pacifico Industrial Park** Experience and Requirements NIGHT SHIFT REQUIRED: 5:00 p.m. to 01:30 a.m. **Nursing Degree** **Knowledge of IMSS, STPS procedures, and Official Standards** **Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; computer-based tasks** * Teamwork * Results-oriented * Management * Planning * Problem-solving * Communication * Adaptability * Proactivity * Initiative * Ability to work under pressure Benefits * Benefits in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) **Number of Vacancies** 1 **Department** Medicine/Health **Employment Type** Permanent **Work Mode** On-site **Shift** Night **Work Schedule** Full-time **Working Hours*** To be discussed **Education** Professional degree **Willingness to Travel** No
