Our work is sustained by the support of donors, companies, and strategic partners. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Experience in cleaning areas. * Flexible availability for work hours. **Responsibilities:** * Perform daily cleaning of offices, common areas, restrooms, hallways, waiting rooms, and other spaces, according to the cleaning log. * Ensure proper waste disposal, separating and classifying garbage as per established guidelines: organic, inorganic, and recyclable. * Disinfect high-contact surfaces such as door handles, railings, light switches, and hospital furniture. * Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition, requesting replenishment when necessary. * Immediately report any malfunctions or maintenance needs for tools or equipment used. * Monitor usage of cleaning supplies and request restocking when necessary. * Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary items, such as soap, paper towels, etc. * Assist in cleaning and preparing spaces for special events organized by the Foundation. * Follow the safety and hygiene protocols established by the Foundation. * Use appropriate personal protective equipment during assigned tasks. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Professional development opportunities. * Collaborative work environment. * Executive schedule from Monday to Saturday. * Workplace: Fundación Castro Limón A.C. **Avenida Paseo del Río 7174, Río Tijuana 3ra Etapa, Tijuana, Baja California, México, C.P. 22226** * Training and professional development opportunities within a socially impactful organization. * Participation in high-impact social events and the opportunity to transform the lives of children with cancer. * Employee benefits package, including free laboratory tests for employees and immediate family members, as well as a food plan, among others.
