We are seeking your talent as a Housekeeping Assistant: OBJECTIVE: Perform cleaning and disinfection of furniture and physical facilities in each hospital area using appropriate cleaning techniques and materials, thereby maintaining optimal hygiene and disinfection conditions that guarantee patient and general public safety. RESPONSIBILITIES: Carry out and maintain cleaning in assigned areas, complying with established processes and policies. Use chemicals correctly, adhering to supplier instructions. Record completed cleaning tasks in the corresponding logs. Use provided supplies responsibly and correctly. Handle hospital waste appropriately (general waste and infectious biological waste). Conduct shift handover, reviewing pending cleaning tasks. Request cleaning materials and products at the start of each shift. Transport soiled linen to the laundry, using personal protective equipment. Maintain communication with maintenance staff for repair of fixtures (desks, chairs, etc.) or utilities (water, electricity, etc.) and facilities.
