Direct customer service for maintenance solutions. **Location:** Tijuana **Department:** Operations / Corrective Maintenance and Minor Construction **Reports to:** Regional Operations Manager **APPLICANTS MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH SUBCONTRACTORS AND MAINTAIN AN ACTIVE SUBCONTRACTOR ROSTER** Position Objective To lead and supervise corrective maintenance and minor construction activities in self-service stores, retail outlets, convenience stores, and banks, ensuring prompt response, high-quality outcomes, and adherence to the company’s internal processes. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise corrective maintenance and minor construction work in buildings and commercial premises. * Organize and lead a team of 1–2 personnel under direct supervision, verifying timely and proper execution of tasks. * Administer and maintain an active roster of **subcontractors** (painters, drywall installers, masons, plumbers, waterproofing specialists, etc.). * Prepare the **subcontractor payroll**, ensuring accurate and timely payments. * Select subcontractors aligned with **clients’ pricing guidelines**, guaranteeing economic viability of projects. * Conduct on-site inspections and prepare material and service requisitions via **SAP Business One**. * Document and track activity schedules in **Monday**, including photographic evidence and progress reports. * Upload all documentation required by each client to ensure **timely payment** for completed work. * Provide direct customer service, delivering rapid and effective solutions to customers’ maintenance needs. * Operate a standard vehicle for transportation to various work sites, holding a **valid driver’s license**. Types of Work Performed * Painting * General masonry * Drywall installation * Waterproofing * Plumbing * Remodeling * Finishing work * Wall demolition * Construction and minor works Requirements * Proven experience in corrective maintenance and minor construction operations within companies with established processes. * Prior experience working with **subcontractors**, and possession of an active subcontractor roster across multiple trades. * Familiarity with and proficiency in management systems such as **SAP Business One** and **Monday**. * **Strong computer, laptop, and digital tool proficiency** for reporting and documentation. * Ability to prepare requisitions, conduct site inspections, and produce technical reports. * Experience in customer service within the maintenance sector for self-service stores, retail outlets, convenience stores, and banks. * Ability to organize and supervise small work teams. * Accustomed to working under pressure and handling urgent operations. * Flexible schedule availability to address emergencies outside regular working hours. * Valid driver’s license and experience operating a standard vehicle. * A **responsible and honest** individual. Work Schedule * Monday to Friday, **8:00 AM to 5:30 PM** * Saturdays, **8:00 AM to 1:00 PM** * **Flexible schedule availability** to handle emergencies outside regular working hours.
