Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities. Responsible for ensuring timely and proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance at the facility. 1\. Serve as responsible person for the preventive and corrective maintenance system: a. Equipment registrations. b. Equipment transfers. c. Maintenance plans for equipment. d. Close preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. e. Manage the Tags system. 2\. Ensure compliance with technical staff training programs. 3\. Schedule weekly maintenance activities for technicians. 4\. Track purchase orders in the system. 5\. Generate reports on the performance of the preventive and corrective maintenance system. 6\. Daily management of timely completion of preventive maintenance tasks. 6\. Manage documentation control for the Maintenance department. 7\. Generate trend reports on corrective maintenance by area, equipment, and root cause, and share them with relevant departments. 8\. Generate reports on preventive maintenance compliance and share them with relevant departments. 10\. Manage Maintenance TIERs. 11\. Apply and follow EHS guidelines according to established procedures, standards, and Mexican official norms. 12\. Use assigned personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with NOM\-017\. 13\. Coordinate cleaning activities (internal and external buildings, and inside clean rooms). 14\. Monitor pest control activities (Pest control). 15\. Support compliance with the Quality System by participating in investigations as owner, ensuring that activities related to NCR/CAPA follow-up are executed, completed, and properly documented. 16\.
