Comprehensive role involving customer service and operational management. **GRUPO TRUPER and Fix Stores**, a company dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of tools with nationwide coverage, is looking for: **Electromechanical Technician (for tool repair)** As a tool repair technician for electric and combustion-powered tools, you will be responsible for supporting maintenance and repair of chainsaws, drills, polishers, lawn mowers, pumps, generators, etc., as well as providing technical support to our customers to improve their tool usage. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in preventive and/or corrective maintenance * Experience in repairing tools, household appliances, or related fields * Experience in customer service * Availability to work Monday through Saturday (8-hour shifts) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer service, including receiving equipment, performing diagnostics, repairing it, and returning it to the customer. * In-store sales floor advisory support for customers. * Cleaning and organizing the workplace, as well as common areas of the branch (rotating weekly). * Inventory control * Preparing operational reports **WE OFFER:** * Starting at $13,500 MXN monthly or more, depending on experience (paid weekly on Fridays) * Full IMSS registration * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Punctuality bonus * Productivity bonus (in addition to base salary) * Transportation assistance: $600 MXN monthly * Grocery vouchers: $600 MXN monthly * Anniversary bonus * Life insurance * Savings fund * Credit union * Professional and career growth SERVICE LOCATION: Blvd. Gustavo Díaz Ordaz 12730, Jardines de La Mesa, 22126 Tijuana, B.C.
