Monitor orders and ensure appropriate preparation times for each dish. Stock the kitchen with necessary raw materials and utensils, manage inventory, and promptly report shortages to the Executive Chef. Organize and provide mise en place, ensuring efficient order execution and contributing to effective service. Ensure food is prepared and ready on time for handover to the kitchen supervisor, maintaining quality and service standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen during operations, adhering to safety standards and ensuring spatial efficiency.
