Job Description: At Spa Moldearte, we are looking for a results-focused, proactive leader who enjoys teamwork to manage one of our branches. We are a young, dynamic, and collaborative team that works with energy, organization, and goal orientation while maintaining a positive work environment. Job Objective You will be responsible for leading a team of physicians and cosmetologists, ensuring achievement of commercial goals and efficient operations while delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. Responsibilities Lead, coordinate, and motivate the work team Oversee daily operations, administration, and customer service Monitor KPIs and goal attainment Resolve operational issues at the branch Ensure execution aligned with company standards Profile Experience as a manager, assistant manager, or team leader Retail, service industry, clinic, or spa experience preferred Leadership, organizational, and business-oriented skills Proactive and results-oriented attitude Important Flexible schedule availability (8-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.) Willingness to support different branches as operational needs arise We Offer Base salary of $6,504 per biweekly pay period Monthly bonuses for goal achievement Statutory benefits from day one Opportunity for professional growth and development . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree years of experience Knowledge: Dynamism, Personnel management, Staff supervision, Management by objectives Keywords: leader, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, branch, branch office
