We are looking for a Store Manager with retail experience, leadership capabilities, and a results-driven approach to join our team. The position is responsible for the branch’s overall operations, personnel management, performance indicator compliance, cash control, and customer service—ensuring the store operates smoothly. Key Responsibilities * Supervision and management of staff * Store opening and closing procedures * Cash handling, cash counts, and deposits * Monitoring sales indicators and targets * Customer service and support * Receiving and organizing merchandise * Inventory supervision and store operations oversight * Conflict resolution and operational follow-up Requirements * Age 25–48 years * Prior retail experience * Experience managing work teams * Minimum education: completed high school * Flexible availability for scheduling * Proactive, responsible, and leadership-oriented individual Assistant store managers with retail store experience are also considered.
