General Objective Ensure that preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out on time and as required to maintain facilities in optimal condition, supervising and coordinating assigned personnel in accordance with the maintenance policies and guidelines of Real Inn Tijuana Hotel Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations; knowledge of electrical installations, power plants, UPS systems, transformers, substations, HVAC equipment of all types, chilled water systems, refrigeration and ventilation systems, fire pumps, motors, control systems, and power sources Machine room operations, administration, and management of electromechanical projects, Interpretation of civil and architectural drawings, administrative controls, and reporting, Maintenance of industrial and commercial equipment, Vendor management, Quality management, Personnel management knowledge Specific Objectives Analyze and address all preventive and corrective maintenance requests submitted by hotel departments to meet quality standards.
