Job Summary: Safeguard the hotel's assets and property, ensuring guests enjoy a pleasant stay and staff remain safe. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the safety of hotel guests and staff. 2. Prevent incidents, thefts, and accidents on the premises. 3. Teamwork and customer service. General Objective Safeguard the assets and property of Real Inn Tijuana hotel, ensuring guests and visitors enjoy an incident-free and complaint-free stay, while simultaneously protecting staff safety in accordance with hotel policies and guidelines Requirements Minimum one year of experience in security procedures Flexible schedule availability Fire suppression training Incident or accident response Access control and loss prevention PC operation for reporting incidents Operation of standard and automatic transmission vehicles Teamwork Customer service Specific Objectives Monitor hotel premises at Real Inn Tijuana to prevent incidents, theft, or robbery, as well as accidents involving staff, guests, visitors, and diners, thereby preventing operational disruptions.
