Your focus will be on maintaining constant monitoring, anticipating potential deviations, and coordinating timely corrective actions—working closely with the operations team to ensure all units adhere to their assigned routes and schedules without disruption. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor in real time the location and status of assigned units, ensuring compliance with routes and schedules. * Detect and report any deviation, anomaly, or situation requiring immediate attention. * Maintain constant communication with the operations team to coordinate corrective actions when necessary. * Manage optimal operation of monitoring technology tools. * Prepare accurate and timely reports on shift performance and relevant events. * Comply with company-established protocols and procedures to guarantee service security and quality. * Conduct basic data analysis to identify patterns or trends that may improve operations. * Supervise compliance with internal regulations and policies during the shift. * Support coordination with maintenance departments to report unit failures or technical issues detected. * Document incidents and communicate clearly and promptly to supervisors or coordinators. * Participate in brief handover meetings to ensure continuity of monitoring. * Propose process and tool improvements based on shift experience and observations. **Ideal Profile:** * Person with **high emotional maturity and strong sense of responsibility**. * Prior experience in GPS monitoring, operational control, or related fields (preferred). * Ability to maintain concentration and focus over extended periods. * Basic communication skills to report situations and coordinate with the team. * Availability to work weekend shifts. * Proactive attitude and focus on continuous improvement. **Required Soft Skills:** * Responsibility and commitment to work quality. * Ability to work under pressure and remain calm during unexpected situations. * Attention to detail and precision in handling information. * Ability to follow strict instructions and protocols. * Teamwork and good communication. **Work Schedules:** Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday to Wednesday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Subject to availability; schedules are reviewed during the hiring process. \*Flexible schedule availability\* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $17,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Application Questions: * Have you previously worked as a monitoring agent or in a similar role?
