Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with engineering knowledge to implement process improvements in manufacturing, optimize cycle times, and reduce costs. Key Highlights: 1. Support and monitoring of model changeovers to reduce cycle times 2. Implement improvements in the manufacturing process and line balancing 3. Minimize manufacturing costs through continuous improvement Description and details of responsibilities **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Basic engineering knowledge. 2. Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, such as takt time and cycle times. 3. Support and monitoring of model changeovers to reduce model changeover times. 4. Implement improvements in the manufacturing process. 5. Improve standard time through line balancing. 6. Minimize manufacturing costs through continuous improvement. 7. Daily reporting on projects and daily efficiency results. 8. Follow industrial engineering procedures. 9. Periodic audit of the manufacturing process.
