




HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER Organize and implement HR activities in branches by building productive, growth-oriented, and action-driven relationships with members of the Operations Department across assigned Zones/Regions, as necessary to achieve measurable improvements in reduced turnover, employee satisfaction, and a positive workplace climate. * KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Recruitment and selection (via Facebook, flyers, and job postings) * Review of operational and administrative vacancies; employee retention * Visits to business units * Workplace climate assessment per NOM-035 * Administration of psychometric tests * Turnover metrics tracking * Handling STPS inspections * Knowledge of applicable EHS NOMs for the restaurant industry * Workforce roster management * Willingness to travel * Valid visa * RESTAURANT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY * Professional preferably with 5 years of experience in a similar role * Strong organizational skills * Analytical thinking ability Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: Up to $25,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Employee discounts * Flexible working hours * Option for an indefinite-term employment contract * Company-provided mobile phone Work location: On-site employment
