If you are a dynamic person who masters the art of hospitality, we want to meet you! #### **Job Objective** You will be responsible for receiving, escorting, and strategically and orderly assigning tables, ensuring a positive first impression and guaranteeing our guests’ complete comfort from the moment they arrive. #### **What Profile Are We Looking For?** **Age:** 20 to 45 years old. **Education:** Completed high school. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar positions. **Language:** Intermediate\-Advanced English (Mandatory). **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in reservation software and basic Office suite applications. * Knowledge of telephone protocol and etiquette. * Basic knowledge of food and beverages. #### **Your Main Responsibilities:** * **Guest Management:** Always greet with a smile, manage restaurant traffic, and master the reservation system for efficient table assignment. * **Brand Ambassador:** Thoroughly understand our gastronomic offerings and food & beverage menu to guide guests. * **Operational Excellence:** Maintain immaculate entrance and reception areas (menu cleaning, materials, and access zone). * **Multichannel Service:** Professional handling of phone calls and support functions as *Front Hostess*. * **Safety and Compliance:** Apply safety protocols and properly escalate issues to management and authorities. #### **What Do We Offer You?** * **Base Salary:** $14,000\.00 net monthly. * **Tips:** Active participation in tip distribution. * **Statutory Benefits:** Including 12 vacation days and 15 days of year-end bonus. * **Additional Benefits:** * Employee discount of **25%** on consumption. * Salary growth: Annual increase aligned with the U.S. CPI (capped at 8%). * **Stability:** Excellent work environment and professional team. #### **Work Schedule:** * **Hours:** Full-time, 6 days per week (1 weekday day off). * **Availability:** Full availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required by restaurant demand. #### **How Will We Measure Your Success?
