Fieldwork to identify inconsistencies **Vacancy: International Trade Data Analyst (Fixed Assets / International Trade)** Tijuana, Baja California **Job Description:** A leading international trade audit firm is seeking an International Trade professional to perform fixed asset inventories at client facilities, ensuring accurate identification, registration, and validation of key information for reconciliation with customs documentation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conducting fixed asset inventories of machinery and equipment on-site * Validating data: brand, model, serial number, and location * Recording information and photographic evidence * Analyzing and reconciling assets against customs documentation (customs entries) * Identifying inconsistencies, errors, or missing assets * Preparing project reports and progress updates * Direct interaction with clients to follow up on information **Candidate Profile:** * Graduated in: International Trade, Customs, International Business, Logistics, or related field * **No experience required (training provided)** * Basic knowledge of customs documentation (customs entries) preferred * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced preferred) **Key Skills:** * Attention to detail * Analytical thinking * Organization and time management * Effective communication * Results-oriented **Position Conditions:** * Willingness to travel * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Fixed-term project **What We Seek:** Individuals interested in auditing, information analysis, and international trade, capable of identifying inconsistencies and performing fieldwork.
