




Pediatric hospital seeking talent for the position of: **CLINICAL MANAGER** **Experience and mandatory requirements:** * Experience: 3 years in the clinical area as responsible for the functioning and operation of patient care services in tertiary-level pediatric institutions. * Education: Bachelor’s degree (degree certificate and professional license). * Personnel management. * Flexible availability of working hours. * English proficiency: 80–100%. * **Residence near the location:** Urban Zone, Río Tijuana, 22010 Tijuana, Baja California. **Responsibilities:** * Management and administration of service quality. * Clinical operations management. * Administrative management of internal clinical processes. * Generation of administrative reports, supervision of metrics, and goal management. * Evaluation, feedback, and reporting on program productivity and effectiveness based on healthcare quality indicators, identifying areas for improvement. * Supervision and documentation of patients’ health status, censuses, equipment logs, furniture records, and physical facility conditions. * Development of innovative administrative models focused on improving quality of care in hospital settings. * Development of procedural manuals, strictly complying with current regulations regarding health, environment, and occupational safety and health (STPS). * Provision of orientation and training to newly hired staff. **Skills:** * Decision-making. * Planning and organization. * Leadership, supervision, and coaching. * Initiative and innovation focused on service quality improvement. * Staff motivation. **Knowledge:** * Current AHA accreditation in BLS and ACLS. **Attitudes:** * Excellent service attitude. * High level of commitment and responsibility. * Vocation for pediatric patient care. * Enthusiasm for teaching.
