Teamwork and performance under pressure for event execution **Join the QUARTZ Family!** We are hiring: **BANQUET SERVER** Schedule: **ROTATING (7:00 AM\-3:00 PM TO 3:00 PM\-11:00 PM)** **Objective.** * Deliver exceptional service during hotel events and banquets, ensuring friendly, prompt, and personalized guest service while meeting quality standards and contributing to a memorable experience. **Responsibilities.** * Set up and break down event venues according to event type (tables, chairs, glassware, china, and general setup). * Greet and attend guests in a friendly and professional manner. * Present food and beverage options where applicable. * Accurately take and serve orders in a timely manner. * Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and captain to ensure smooth event execution. * Serve food and beverages following service protocols (plating, timing, sequence). * Maintain cleanliness and order at tables, stations, and work areas. * Remain attentive to guest needs throughout the event. * Assist in inventory control of supplies, equipment, and service materials. **Requirements.** * Minimum 2 years verifiable experience. * Knowledge of venue setups. * Knowledge of bar operations. * Flexible availability. * Professional appearance. * Customer service orientation. * Conversational English (not mandatory). * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. **Benefits.** * Statutory benefits. * Hotel discounts and preferential rates. * Company parking. * Staff dining service. * Free sessions with psychologist.
