If you are an HR professional, this is the opportunity you've been looking for. **Schedule: 4:00 pm to 1:00 am** **We Offer:** * A position within a company with diverse organizational cultures and business areas across industry. * A role with high responsibility and influence in projects, integrated with a leadership support team. * Continuous learning and updating in HR matters. * A space within an agile and dynamic company (Fast Paced). * A place in a solid company with great stability and constant growth. * The experience and *know\-how* of multidisciplinary teams. * Competitive salary. * Family major medical insurance. * Savings fund. * Thrift plan. * And more. **Objective:** Responsible for coordinating department operations and compliance with internal policies and regulations, decision-making and conflict management, and tracking metrics. **Responsibilities:** * Track department metrics. * Monitor compliance with department operational systems and processes. * Coordinate with NAPS legal department on labor issues, agreements, claims, etc. * Develop, update, and align HR policies and procedures and ensure their implementation across other departments. * Follow up on training for new department staff. * Responsible for indirect personnel hiring follow-up (requisitions, proposals, offers, DC3, and system onboarding). * Responsible for updating Job Descriptions. * Manage contract terminations due to violations of work rules or end of term. * Monitor leaders and supervisors for proper application of work rules and the complaint system. * Coordinate activities for the annual motivational events program. * Execute and monitor the annual training, development, and productivity plan. * Participate in and prepare for audits such as CTPAT, Human Rights, or others. * Ensure employee services such as transportation and cafeteria. * Responsible for monitoring employees' medical coverage. * Serve as liaison and follow up with the company's union. * Monitor and review service contracts with various providers serving the HR department. * Track and manage immigration permits for foreign personnel visiting the plant. * Participate in and follow up on HR projects, career planning, social security, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** * 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related field. * Advanced Excel skills. * Experience with TRESS system (preferred). * Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. * Availability to work 100% onsite.
