About the Role As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting in-person client site visits, providing technical support, performing inventory assessments, and documenting interventions. Key Responsibilities: On-site incident and support ticket handling Geolocation-based check-in / check-out registration Technology asset inventory capture (hardware, networking equipment, peripherals) Photographic evidence documentation before and after interventions Detailed technical information recording (brand, model, serial number, status) Service report validation and customer signature Monthly worked hours reporting We are looking for someone with: 2–3 years of field IT support experience Hardware knowledge (laptops, desktops, peripherals) Basic networking (switches, access points, connectivity) Mobile device proficiency for platform registration Autonomy, organization, and service orientation Bonus if you have: Conversational English Experience with ITSM / ticketing tools Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree 2 years of experience Languages: English Keywords: technologies, the, information, it, support, support, support, specialist
