Objective: Coordinate department operations and compliance with internal policies and regulations, decision-making, conflict management, and metric follow-up. Responsibilities: * Monitoring department metrics. * Coordination with NAPS legal department for handling labor matters, agreements, claims, etc. * Development, updating, and alignment of HR policies and procedures and their implementation across other departments. * Follow-up on training for new department personnel. * Responsible for indirect staff hiring process (requisitions, proposals, offers, DC3, and system onboarding). * Responsible for updating Job Descriptions. * Contract terminations due to violation of Work Regulations or end of contract period. * Follow-up with leaders and supervisors on proper application of Work Regulations and complaint system. * Coordination of annual motivational events program activities. * Execution and monitoring of annual training, development, and productivity plans. * Participation and preparation for audits such as CTPAT, Human Rights, or others. * Ensuring employee services such as transportation and cafeteria. * Liaison and follow-up with the company's union. * Follow-up and review of service contracts from various providers serving the HR department. * Participation and follow-up on HR projects, career planning, social security, and continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Fluent English speaker, able to hold conversations with employees. * Experience using TRESS system. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related field. * Intermediate Excel skills.
