




Description and details of activities * Responsible for supporting the Human Resources Department in document control, data entry, report preparation, and providing efficient service to staff. * Assists in special events, training activities, payroll processes, and internal communication. * Generates service purchase requisitions for transportation, cafeteria, cleaning, and general supplies. * Coordinates room reservations, snack services for visits, and HR social events. * Manages employee benefits, controls uniforms, and supports onboarding, training, and development programs. Experience and requirements **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Communication, Engineering, or related field. **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in a similar position. **Knowledge**: TRESS system.
