




We are looking for: **Sales Advisor or Executive** For a company in the construction industry, branch in Tijuana, BC. **Requirements**: * Civil Engineer or Architect (desirable). * Experience: 1 year in similar positions * Own vehicle (mandatory) * Technical or Specific Knowledge: AUTOCAD, sales processes and techniques, social media management, proficiency in computer systems and CRM (Windows, MS Office, ODOO, databases), administrative systems. **Responsibilities**: * Prepare marketing plans, budgets, and sales processes * Meet global and individual goals and objectives * Report and monitor performance indicators * Implement strategic plans of the organization and sales department * Coordinate timely customer service with relevant departments * Prepare quotations * Identify new business opportunities * Participate in recruitment, selection, and training processes within their area * Coordinate and communicate with other departments * Collaborate on market strategies and promotions with marketing team * Review work reports (indicators) and submit coverage reports * Establish connections with the construction sector, partners, and suppliers. **We Offer**: Base salary of $20,000 monthly gross + commissions for achieving targets (could exceed $50,000 gross per month). Sales-based monthly income (invoiced and collected). Plus gasoline allowance ($4,000 to $5,000 per month, depending on route and average kilometers traveled) and vehicle maintenance support ($3,000 every quarter or tire replacement - balance can be accumulated).
