Job Summary: We are seeking a bilingual Fullstack Developer to lead software projects, establish coding standards, and guide the programming team. Key Highlights: 1. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. **About the company:** *At JD Group Logistics, we have over 35 years of experience and 23 years of presence in Baja California, delivering security and trust through robust infrastructure and cutting-edge technology in our logistics solutions.* **Requirements:** * Education: Computer Science or related engineering degrees. * Language: Bilingual: Spanish and English. * Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable experience as a Fullstack Developer with expertise in web, mobile, and database development. **Essential Experience:** * Advanced proficiency in programming languages C\#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Microsoft SQL, and frameworks .NET, .NET Core, jQuery, ReactJS. * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. * Experience with unit testing and stress testing strategies using JMeter. * Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, etc.) to accelerate development speed. **Responsibilities:** * Actively participate in software development, lead projects, and contribute high-level programming. * Provide technical guidance to the team, resolve complex problems, and serve as the primary point of contact for technical queries from junior developers. * Establish high coding standards and best development practices, ensuring code consistency and quality. * Collaborate with other leaders and stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. * Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to established standards, offering constructive feedback for team members’ professional growth. * Track and report project progress, identify potential risks, and implement preventive or corrective actions to meet delivery deadlines. * Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing among team members. * Deploy updates to test environments to validate performance (stress testing), and coordinate with the operations team to determine readiness for production release. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure applications remain fully functional at all times. * Maintain all code in the GitHub version control platform. * Maintain project-wide communication in the designated project channel on Microsoft Teams. * Lead and motivate the programming team, promoting a productive and professionally developmental work environment. * Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet high-quality standards. * Coordinate and collaborate with other leaders and stakeholders to guarantee integration and synchronization across project components. * Identify and manage project risks, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies. * Promote continuous improvement by seeking opportunities to optimize processes and adopt new technologies or tools. * Participate in hiring and selection of new programming team members, evaluating technical skills and teamwork capabilities. * Define technologies for platforms to ensure platforms remain continuously available and operate correctly. * And all activities derived from the above. **Desired Skills:** * Extensive programming and software development experience, with deep knowledge of languages and technologies relevant to the projects. * Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a programming team. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with the team and other stakeholders. * Strong analytical skills and the ability to efficiently solve complex problems. * Solid understanding of agile methodologies and software development practices, such as Scrum and KanBan. * Ability to make strategic decisions and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. **We offer additional benefits such as:** * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund: 3\.5% * Monthly punctuality bonus: 5% * Life insurance * Our office is located on Blvd. Héctor Terán Terán Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $35,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
