Responsibilities: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low\-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. **Requirement :** Advanced proficiency in Software Platforms is required. Intermediate proficiency in Packaged Application Integration is recommended. Proven experience developing innovative solutions that enhance application performance and user experience. Experience with assessments of application functionality to identify areas for improvement. Collaboration with cross\-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. Provide training and support to team members on best practices for application management. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
