




Job Summary: This position focuses on supporting users of loyalty programs, designing and improving processes, analyzing data, and monitoring operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement efficient processes and automate workflows. 2. Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. 3. Support users of Loyalty Programs and track shipments. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, Economics, IT, Business Relations, or Data Science. **Responsibilities** * Support users of Loyalty Programs. * Design and implement efficient processes to streamline operations. This includes workflow automation, process mapping, and continuous improvement. * Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. * Ensure all operational activities comply with established regulations. * Support users via phone calls to obtain correct addresses or improved order data for pending orders, administrative tasks. * Track shipped packages through partner courier services until successful delivery confirmation is received. * Monitor and update data on Loyalty Program platforms. * Provide daily information requested by partner courier services to complete package deliveries. * Update the database with improved customer-provided data to release orders blocked due to incomplete information. * Prepare and monitor special shipments (reshipments, compensations). * Validate delivered packages vs. delivery guides provided to Logistics and Distribution. * Data Analysis and Process Automation. * E-commerce SLA compliance tracking.
