**Job Description:** **Electrical Supervisor** with **a minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience** in electrical work, primarily in **industrial facility installations**. **Requirements:** * Electrical technician, electromechanical technician, or related degree. * Engineering degree is not mandatory, provided extensive industrial site experience is demonstrated. * Experience in **construction site supervision**. * Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage electrical systems, conduits, switchboards, industrial lighting, and power systems. * Experience reviewing electrical drawings and executing work per project specifications. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and verify the correct execution of electrical installations. * Review and resolve outstanding items related to electrical work. * Ensure that all work complies with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standards. * Coordinate final corrections and adjustments with field personnel. * Report progress, observations, and status updates to the project manager. **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong technical judgment and hands-on field experience. * Ability to identify errors or deviations in installations. * Organization, accountability, and results orientation. * Effective communication with operational staff and supervisors.
