CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR Properly administer all material resources to execute residential subdivision development with optimal efficiency and delivery quality, pursuing innovation in construction and lifestyles. Engineer and Architect Manage and safeguard material resources. Material approval vs. construction plan (installed capacity). Material requisition to procurement (in-use system) and its control. Safety: site security personnel. Warehouse control (Excel-based inventory for warehouse and tools). Material receipt, delivery to warehouse, and registration of receipt in S1\. Customer service for warranty matters. Project image. S1 up-to-date (checklists, estimates, and purchase orders).
