Responsible for providing technical direction and support for both new and existing products, including design of required manufacturing processes and tooling. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design and implement processes meeting product requirements and high operational performance. * Document all processes in accordance with ISO Quality and FDA systems. * Respond promptly to CAPAs, identifying root causes of system deviations; identify and minimize sources of scrap. * Plan and execute OPEX projects. * Design technical and operational training programs. * Maintain updated PFMEAs. * Execute process validations per MVP. * Define capacity expansion requirements. * Support new product development projects. * Resolve quality, productivity, and scrap issues using analytical and optimization techniques. * Maintain updated product costing. * Maintain updated process documentation. * Comply with necessary safety measures to prevent accidents, occupational illnesses, and environmental contingencies within the company. * Comply with environmental measures established in the Internal Work Regulations. * Coordinate and implement QIP/COS initiatives within the process area. * Manage CAPEX (Capital and Expense) projects. * Generate engineering documentation to support validations and engineering changes. **EHS RESPONSIBILITIES, ROLES AND AUTHORITY:** **Responsibilities** * Fulfill legal responsibilities under national or federal regulations, such as exercising reasonable care for one’s own safety, health, and well-being, and that of others who may be affected by one’s acts or omissions at work. * Follow established EHS procedures and policies. * Encourage coworkers to follow EHS procedures. * Participate in employee engagement activities, e.g., EHS inspections and EHS meetings. * Report EHS hazards and incidents; collaborate on root cause analysis when appropriate; collaborate to develop solutions or implement improvements. * Complete mandatory EHS training. * Report unsafe conditions and acts to EHS contacts. * Attend scheduled EHS trainings.
