Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Leader to supervise, control, and monitor construction and preventive/corrective maintenance projects in industrial or commercial buildings. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for growth within a company dedicated to the industrial and commercial sectors ***TCM Maintenance and Construction*** We are looking for a **Project Leader** in construction or projects related to preventive and corrective maintenance contracts for buildings serving industrial or commercial enterprises. **Main Job Responsibilities:** Supervision, control, monitoring, direct client interaction, planning, and decision-making. **Skills and Knowledge:** Knowledge of construction processes and/or maintenance practices, PC proficiency, positive attitude, responsibility, cooperation, availability. **Requirements:** Civil Engineering or Architecture degree; minimum age 28; flexible schedule availability; minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and construction projects. **We Offer:** Weekly base salary of $7,000 MXN plus commission (position-based profit share), statutory benefits, work equipment, and transportation (standard). **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM with one-hour lunch break; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM; Sundays off. Flexible schedule availability required.
