Key role in store operations and improvement. **Location:** Salvatierra (Near Salvatierra Sports Complex) **Schedule:** Tuesday to Sunday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. \| Day off: Monday **Job Objective** Ensure the proper daily operation of two hardware stores through efficient management of inventory, suppliers, purchasing, point-of-sale organization, and customer service. **Main Responsibilities** * Daily store opening and point-of-sale supervision. * Physical and cycle inventory control and counting. * Goods receipt and supplier follow-up. * Purchasing and restocking according to turnover rates. * Shelf organization, arrangement, and stocking. * Customer service and follow-up. * Basic administrative control and reporting. * Proposal of operational improvements. * Cash register/cash handling **Job Requirements** * Completed high school diploma or equivalent, or bachelor’s degree * Experience working in hardware stores/retail/warehouses * Knowledge of inventory, suppliers, and purchasing. * Basic proficiency in Excel and point-of-sale systems. **Key Competencies** * Leadership * Organization and control * Honesty * Decision-making * Results orientation **Offered Conditions** * Negotiable salary starting at $4,000\.00 per week * We seek your professional growth within the business Salary: $4,000\.00 \- $4,100\.16 per week Workplace: On-site employment
