Job Description and Responsibilities 1\. Safeguard the tools and materials assigned for performing job duties. 2\. Ensure the safety and proper operation of equipment and/or machinery. 3\. Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to the established maintenance schedule. 4\. Record time and materials used in preventive and corrective maintenance work orders within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). 5\. Assist in minor general maintenance repairs of MPM’s assets and facilities. 6\. Report operational and maintenance-related information regarding equipment to the immediate supervisor. 7\. Perform other similar duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Experience and Requirements * **Experience:** Not required. * **Education:** Secondary school diploma or 6 months of relevant experience. * **Technical Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of maintenance practices. * **Machinery and Equipment Operation:** Proficiency in handling general maintenance materials and tools. Forklift operation (preferred).
