Lead training and development programs, ensuring employee professional growth. Define internal policies and procedures related to personnel, compensation, benefits, and labor compliance. Manage payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor and tax laws. Evaluate employee performance and propose continuous improvement programs. Foster a positive work environment by promoting communication and organizational culture. Lead the Human Resources team, assigning tasks and supervising results. Manage labor relations, negotiations, and resolution of internal conflicts. Monitor human capital metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, satisfaction, and productivity. Represent the department in audits, unions, and external agencies when necessary.
