**Requirements:**
· 2–3 years of experience in a similar position
· Bachelor's degree
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

**Responsibilities:**
· Organize, direct, and plan all Human Resources department activities
· Define organizational structure, job descriptions, and position alignment
· Develop, implement, and update company policies
· Design and develop methods, procedures, and manuals
· Plan, develop, and coordinate the personnel development investment budget
· Cultivate leadership and improve employee performance within the company
· Direct and oversee the design and implementation of the personnel development strategy to ensure an effective model supporting organizational, leadership, and team performance through recruitment, training, and employee development practices aligned with strategic and corporate guidelines
· Supervise both recruitment processes and HR staff
· Analyze, diagnose, and formulate workplace climate strategies
· Implement personnel development programs
· Develop, implement, and execute performance evaluations
· Attend board meetings
· Responsible for developing and delivering training programs
· Process employee onboarding, offboarding, leaves of absence, personnel files, and attendance records
· Resolve problems and conflicts
· Develop, implement, and execute internal communication initiatives; coordinate corporate events, incentive programs, and reward schemes
· Prepare payroll drafts
· Generate reports
