Your primary mission will be to supervise and optimize service standards across our network operations and technical support, ensuring every interaction and technical process complies with internal regulations and meets our customers' expectations. **Key Responsibilities** * **Monitoring and Auditing:** Evaluate the quality of technical processes (installations, maintenance, or support) through field audits or record reviews. * **KPI Management:** Track and report key performance indicators such as (Service Level Agreements), (First Contact Resolution), and network availability levels. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identify operational issues and propose action plans based on quality methodologies. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure operations align with current regulations. * **Feedback:** Collaborate with relevant departments to provide feedback to operational teams regarding recurring failures detected. **Required Profile (Requirements)** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Telecommunications, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Systems, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2\-3 years in quality-related roles, preferably within the telecommunications or IT infrastructure services sector. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.). * Access to a standard vehicle and a valid driver's license. * Basic knowledge of network architecture (fiber optics, mobile networks, etc.). * **Soft Skills:** Analytical thinking, assertive communication, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems under pressure. **Working Hours** \- Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 hrs. **Work Location** \- Av de los Insurgentes 8284, Libramiento, 22224 Tijuana, B.C. https://maps.app.goo.gl/AVDWTFZSCvVXKo5X6 Interested candidates please contact via WhatsApp at 55 80 65 01 71 \- Lic.
