Job Description and Activity Details **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Industrial Safety** * Implement occupational risk prevention programs. * Conduct plant safety inspections. * Identify unsafe acts and conditions. * Investigate work-related incidents and accidents. * Follow up on corrective and preventive actions. * Supervise compliance with PPE usage requirements. * Support the Safety and Hygiene Committee. **2\. Occupational Health** * Support implementation of medical surveillance programs. * Participate in preventive health campaigns. * Monitor ergonomic risk factors. * Support job-specific risk assessments. * Follow up on work-related disabilities and occupational risks. **3\. Environmental Management** * Supervise proper handling of hazardous and non-hazardous waste (including electronic waste). * Control storage and labeling of chemical substances. * Verify compliance with environmental regulations. * Support preparation of environmental reports for regulatory authorities. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations such as: * STPS-related NOMs * Environmental regulations * ISO 14001 (if applicable) **4\. Regulatory Compliance and Audits** * Support internal and external audits (STPS, Civil Protection, customers). * Maintain up-to-date EHS documentation. * Ensure compliance with applicable NOMs (e.g., NOM\-017, NOM\-019, NOM\-026, NOM\-030, NOM\-035, etc.). * Support development and updating of safety procedures.
