**CLINICAL MANAGER AND/OR NURSING AREA SUPERVISOR**
**Required Experience and Qualifications:**
* Minimum three years of clinical experience as responsible for the functioning and operation of patient care services in tertiary-level pediatric institutions.
* Minimum two years of personnel management experience.
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing (degree and license). Specialization is desirable.
* Flexible availability of schedule.
* English proficiency: 80\-100%
* **Residence near the area:** Haciendas del Valle Etapa III, 31217 Chihuahua, Chih.
**Responsibilities:**
* Management and administration of service quality.
* Evaluate, provide feedback on, and report productivity and effectiveness of programs based on healthcare quality indicators, identifying areas for improvement.
* Supervise and document patients' health status, censuses, equipment logs, furniture records, and physical facility conditions.
* Develop innovative administrative models focused on improving quality of care in hospital settings.
* Develop procedural manuals in strict compliance with current regulations regarding health, environment, and labor safety (STPS).
* Provide orientation and training for newly hired staff.
