Due to expansion and the opening of a new clinic, a leading hospital specializing in pediatric orthopedic conditions and burn sequelae is seeking talent for **CLINICAL MANAGER AND/OR NURSING AREA SUPERVISOR** **Required Experience and Qualifications:** * Minimum three years of clinical experience as responsible for the functioning and operation of patient care services in tertiary-level pediatric institutions. * Minimum two years of personnel management experience. * Bachelor's degree in Nursing (degree and license). Specialization is desirable. * Flexible availability of schedule. * English proficiency: 80\-100% * **Residence near the area:** Haciendas del Valle Etapa III, 31217 Chihuahua, Chih. **Responsibilities:** * Management and administration of service quality. * Evaluate, provide feedback on, and report productivity and effectiveness of programs based on healthcare quality indicators, identifying areas for improvement. * Supervise and document patients' health status, censuses, equipment logs, furniture records, and physical facility conditions. * Develop innovative administrative models focused on improving quality of care in hospital settings. * Develop procedural manuals in strict compliance with current regulations regarding health, environment, and labor safety (STPS). * Provide orientation and training for newly hired staff. **Skills:** * Decision-making * Planning and organization * Leadership, supervision, and coaching * Initiative and innovation focused on service quality improvement * Staff motivation **Knowledge:** * Current AHA accreditation in BLS and ACLS. **Attitudes:** * Excellent service attitude. * High level of commitment and responsibility. * Passion for caring for pediatric patients. * Enthusiasm for teaching. **We Offer:** * Direct employment by the institution. * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
