Proactive attitude, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are valued **Job Description:** Centro Educativo San Fernando is seeking personnel for its Maintenance Department with experience in Painting, Plumbing, Waterproofing, Carpentry, and Basic Electrical Work. Prior experience in these areas will be highly valued. Your primary responsibility will be to perform maintenance tasks across our facilities (schools, daycare centers, warehouses), ensuring all areas operate properly and that facilities are well-maintained, functional, and safe. We seek a candidate who is proactive, capable of working effectively in a team, solution-oriented, and maintains a positive attitude. **Requirements:** Residence: Near Col. Libertad, Lower Section. Age: 25 to 45 years. Prior experience as a General Maintenance Assistant in buildings preferred, minimum 3–5 years. Availability to work weekends as required. Perform duties inherent to the position. Availability to respond to emergencies across our various campuses. Responsible, proactive, and service-oriented. Meticulous and detail-oriented in work. Knowledge of Painting, Wall Repair (including drywall patching and Denglass application with cement bond), Carpentry (repair of wooden and MDF furniture), as well as masonry work, plastering, and repair and installation of damaged tiles. **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify, repair, and report malfunctions in facilities or general services. * Conduct periodic inspections of facilities. * Address water leaks, clogged drains, or defects in plumbing and electrical systems, ensuring optimal service functionality. * Assist in maintaining common areas, including painting, baseboards, walls, and courtyards. * Comply with safety and hygiene standards established by daycare centers per official manuals. **We Offer:** * Biweekly payment. * Statutory benefits (effective after completion of the probationary month). * Job stability and a positive work environment. * Full-time position. * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday.
