Proven experience in leading work teams **Vinyl Installer** **Job Objective** Supervise and coordinate activities within the vinyl application department, ensuring correct installation across different surface types and projects, meeting quality standards, delivery timelines, and safety requirements. Lead the technical team, fostering best work practices, effective communication, and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities** * Conduct quality inspections before, during, and after installation. * Assign daily tasks and verify adherence to production timelines. * Train staff on application techniques and safety measures. * Report incidents, progress, and departmental needs to the production manager. * Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and materials. * Read and interpret blueprints, designs, and instructions in English and Spanish. * Implement corrective actions for errors or deviations in the process. * Maintain effective communication with other departments such as design, printing, and logistics. **Types of Vinyl Application to Master** * ***Cut Vinyl:*** For simple graphics and lettering, applied on flat or curved surfaces. * ***Printed and Laminated Vinyl:*** For full-color images and graphics, with protective finish. * ***Vehicle Wrap Vinyl:*** Installation on vehicles, including curved and textured surfaces. * ***Perforated Vinyl:*** Applied on windows for one-way visibility. * ***High-Adhesion Vinyl:*** For rough or low-adhesion surfaces. * ***Removable or Repositionable Vinyl:*** For temporary graphics. * ***Indoor and Outdoor Application:*** Includes walls, glass, furniture, and metal or plastic structures. **Requirements** * 5\+ years of professional vinyl application experience. * Proven experience leading work teams. * Ability to resolve operational issues on the production floor. * Proficiency with application tools: squeegees, heat guns, cutters, etc. * Advanced English proficiency. * Willingness to work on-site or at external locations if required.
