We are seeking a professional with at least 1 year of experience in the retail sector, with a strong focus on team management, operations optimization, and excellence in customer service. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to achieve sales and profitability goals, while ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Your role will be essential in maintaining the high standards of quality and service that characterize Grupo Bafar. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Operations Management:** Supervise all daily store activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, proper inventory management, shrinkage control, and supply chain optimization. * **Team Leadership:** Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate store staff. Foster a collaborative work environment, motivating the team to meet and exceed established goals. * **Sales and Profitability Management:** Implement effective sales strategies, monitor sales performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop action plans to improve profitability. * **Customer Experience:** Ensure every customer receives exceptional service, addressing their concerns and guaranteeing a positive shopping experience that fosters loyalty. * **Inventory Control:** Efficiently manage inventory by placing orders, receiving goods, conducting physical inventories, and ensuring product availability. * **Visual Merchandising:** Collaborate in implementing visual merchandising strategies to ensure an attractive and organized product presentation, maximizing sales potential. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all hygiene, safety, and occupational health regulations, as well as internal company policies. * **Basic Financial Management:** Cash handling, cash reconciliations, and supervision of daily financial transactions. * **Reporting:** Preparation of sales, inventory, and operational performance reports for regional management. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Store Manager or similar position in the retail sector. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills. * Ability to work under pressure and effectively solve problems. * Basic knowledge of inventory management and shrinkage control. **Desirable (but not mandatory):** * Specific experience in convenience stores or self-service retail. * Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems. * University or technical studies in business administration, management, or related fields. * Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
