**Position Objective:** Develop, install, and evaluate sampling systems, procedures, and statistical techniques for quality assurance processes. Develop or specify inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment. Analyze production and service limitations and standards. Recommend revision of specifications. Formulate or assist in formulating quality assurance policies and procedures. May conduct training on quality assurance concepts and tools. Interacts with all other engineering functions within an organization and with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters. **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or in the health field. * Conversational English communication (Intermediate\-Advanced). * 2 years of experience in medical devices (ISO 13485:2016 and CFR Part 820\). * Certified ISO 13485:2016 Internal Auditor\. * GD&T Certification. * Certified Quality Engineer. * Power BI Certification **Responsibilities:** * Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for defined activities. * Responsible for Quality Assurance activities for assigned customers or areas. * Improve Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities. * Perform root cause analysis and use statistical tools to resolve quality issues (internal, * external, or third-party). * Conduct internal and external audits. * Lead Quality Control improvement projects. * Train employees on quality initiatives, regulatory requirements, and improvement projects. * Transfer Voice of Customer (VOC) to other departments to meet customer needs and requirements. * Collaborate and partner with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and stakeholders. * Any other quality-related tasks assigned by direct supervisor and associated with business needs.
