Main Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities. Repair defects in areas such as bathrooms, walls, floors, and ceilings. Carry out basic painting, plumbing, and electrical work. Respond to internal reports of malfunctions or requirements. Maintain tools and work materials in good condition. Support improvements and adaptations of operational areas. Ensure safe conditions in facilities. Specific Functions 1\. General Maintenance Repair water leaks, faucets, sanitary fixtures, and drainage systems. Replace light bulbs, electrical outlets, and perform basic electrical inspections. Plastering, painting, and maintenance of walls and common areas. Adjustments and repairs of doors, shelving, and furniture. 2\. Facility Supervision Conduct regular inspections of facility areas (bathrooms, warehouse, offices). Identify malfunctions before they escalate into major issues. 3\. Safety Ensure facilities pose no safety risks. Proper use of tools and personal protective equipment. 4\. Organization and Control Maintain order in the tool area. Basic control of consumed materials (paint, spare parts, etc.).
