Job Summary: Supports manufacturing engineers in evaluating and implementing changes, participates in improvement and resource optimization projects, and generates process documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Documentation support and manufacturing process optimization. 2. Participation in improvement projects and new product development. 3. Collaboration in line balancing and time studies. Under direct supervision, assists manufacturing engineers in evaluating and implementing changes to documents and processes; participates in projects for resource improvement and optimization; generates manufacturing process documentation such as flowcharts, work instructions, and visual aids; participates in prototype runs, new product introductions, and product transfers. And all administrative activities required to perform the function. Prepares, updates, and submits for approval manufacturing process documentation (WI, VA, checklists, traveler sheets, etc.). Time studies and support for line balancing. Data collection. Production facility preparation. Participates in product manufacturability verification. Supports identification of requirements (space, supplies, facilities, equipment, and machinery), layout changes, time studies, and implementation of engineering changes. Trains trainers. General production support. Education and Experience Required Technical degree in production systems or high school diploma; student or incomplete degree preferably in industrial engineering or related fields (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, Electromechanical, Systems) English proficiency: 60% preferred Technical drawing.
