We are looking for a **supervisor** to manage the production program and oversee assigned employee teams. **What will you do?** **✔️** Supervise, coordinate, and motivate the production team to meet daily goals for quality, safety, cost, and delivery. **✔️** Verify compliance with special processes such as 6S, ISO9000, ISO 4000\. **✔️** Adjust machinery for stamping and dies as required. **✔️** Communicate with supervisors from other departments regarding matters related to their group. **✔️** Generate documentation related to group production such as A3 reports, improvements, HR matters, etc. **✔️** Report relevant team events to your manager. Experience and requirements **Skills** ✔️ Clear communication ✔️ Teamwork ✔️ Conflict and dispute management ✔️ Computer skills, EXCEL SAP ✔️ Technical communication regarding part manufacturing ✔️ Knowledge of manual measuring tools, tapes, calipers, micrometers **Requirements:** ✔️ Professional degree: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field (equivalent experience valued). ✔️ Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience supervising manufacturing processes, preferably in metal\-mechanics. ✔️ Knowledge of production processes, blueprint interpretation, and technical specifications. ✔️ Intermediate English (desirable). ✔️ Experience managing equipment, materials, and quality controls in industrial processes. ✔️ Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards applicable to manufacturing. ✔️ Knowledge of line balancing, time and motion studies, process control. ✔️ Familiarity with cellular manufacturing and preferably metal fabrication equipment. ✔️ Data analysis. ✔️ Experience with BOMs, picking lists, and documentation for material exchange between production groups.
