Establish production processes to improve production time and quality defects. 2\. Monitor and control processes. 3\. Specify all tools required for the production process. 4\. Develop work instructions and production procedures. 5\. Create visual aids for training purposes. 6\. Train operators, technicians, and supervisors on the production process. 7\. Layout design. 8\. Control process variables. 9\. Implement preventive and corrective actions for production processes. ### **Requirements** **1\.** Mechanical, mechatronics or robotics, or industrial engineering. **2\.** Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. **3\.** Oral and written English proficiency. **4\.** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **5\.** Tool design. **6\.** Experience in programming automated equipment. **7\.** AutoCAD. **8\.** Project management experience.
