Position Summary: Assists with small projects or individual project tasks, participating in the design of new systems and products, and providing support for process automation. Key Highlights: 1. Participates in the design of new systems and products. 2. Provides support for PLC and HMI issues. 3. Implements continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5'S). Assists with small projects or individual project tasks, including designing new systems, platforms or products. **Job Requirements** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provides support for issues arising with PLCs and HMIs. * Participates in the assembly, wiring, and installation of mechanical and electrical components. * Participates in Kaizen events to seek continuous improvement of our processes. * Participates in the development of fixtures and troubleshooting for production machines. * Responsible for purchasing materials for machines required for process automation. * Participates in the connection and assembly of pneumatic systems. * Implements 5'S. **What your background should look like** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Omron, Keyence, Siemens). * Knowledge of AutoCAD for electrical diagrams. * Knowledge of sensors/motors/servomotors. * Intermediate English. **Competencies** Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork **Job Locations:** **Posting City:** TIJUANA BC **Job Country:** Mexico **Travel Required:** Less than 10% **Requisition ID:** 148132 **Workplace Type:** External Careers Page: Engineering \& Technology
