Description and details of activities • Operation of injection molding machines. • Electrical control and electrical installations • Welding tasks. • Reading hydraulic diagrams. * Under indirect supervision, inspects, repairs and maintains functional parts of mechanical equipment and machinery, such as pumps, compressors, motors, using hand tools, pulleys, bench screws, drills, lathes, as well as testing equipment. Requires diagnostic skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment to detect faults. Disassembles and replaces electric motors, pumps, transmissions, clutches, etc. Operates equipment to test its operation, changes oil, checks batteries, as well as lubrication and preventive maintenance. Performs single-phase and three-phase electrical installations, verifies line phases, etc. Performs welding and metalworking tasks. Interprets work instructions as applicable, verifying the availability of all necessary information as required. Applies the "Lockout and Tagout" program. Responsible for keeping the workspace clean and organized in order to maintain the quality, productivity, and safety required by the company. Participates in preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance on plant facilities and machinery. Experience and requirements • Experience in molding. •Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience with employment reference letters from previous jobs. •Injection molding machines. •Knowledge of auxiliary equipment such as dryers, temperature controllers, grinders, temperature controllers. •Knowledge and experience in air conditioning systems for molding machines. •Electrical control and electrical installations (120V, 240V, 480V). •Welding tasks. •Reading hydraulic diagrams.
