We are seeking a **Human Resources Manager** with solid experience in comprehensive human capital management, particularly within operational contexts of transportation, logistics, and corporate services. This position will be responsible for leading, supervising, and strengthening Human Resources processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, administrative efficiency, and alignment with institutional objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and execute Human Resources strategies and policies for the Group. * Supervise personnel administration, employment contracts, incidents, and payroll processes. * Manage recruitment, selection, and training of operational and administrative staff. * Lead labor relations, including interaction with unions, handling audits, collective bargaining agreements, and labor authorities. * Coordinate training programs, occupational safety, organizational development, and productivity initiatives. * Monitor key Human Resources indicators such as turnover, attendance, performance, and organizational climate. * Ensure strict compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS, SAT, and other applicable regulations. * Collaborate with departments such as Operations, Maintenance, IT, Legal, Monitoring, and Finance to ensure integrated personnel management. **Profile Requirements** * 5 to 7 years of experience in managerial roles in Human Resources. * Experience in industries with high operational turnover (transportation, logistics, manufacturing, or services). * Management of operational staff under 24/7 shift schemes. * Experience in union relations, audits, collective contracts, and procedures before labor authorities. * Knowledge of benefits exceeding legal requirements and compensation processes. **Technical Skills:** * Labor legislation: LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS, SAT. * Systems: SAP SuccessFactors, CONTPAQi, payroll platforms, and advanced Office 365. * Data analysis applied to HR. * Design and implementation of training and safety programs.
